Nestled down a quiet county lane in the village of Colton, Norfolk, the pub provides an exquisite food offering with an Asian twist, along with cosy ensuite letting rooms for a memorable stay. The pub itself is an old barn dating back to the early 1800’s, full of character, large wooden beams and now boasting three log burners in the pub and dining areas. A frequent visitor around the large ponds and beer gardens of the pub is the Muntjac deer. The muntjac is of Asian origin and commonly known as the barking deer, hence the pub’s name, The Barking Buck.
